Monthly Poll: Every month, there will be a poll for weekly bookings. If you're a regular for Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu sessions, mark your slots for the entire month in advance.

⁠Slots: There are 8 morning and 10 afternoon slots available.

8-Hour Swap Rule: You can swap your session up to 8 hours before it starts if needed. This is subject to availability.

Regulars’ Preference: Regulars get preference. So swopping classes is permitting there is space. It is very important that you make your mark on the POLL. If you do not, it will be assumed that you did not book and therefore are not coming. Marking the POLL is confirming your booking. This will prevent any double or over bookings of the session.
